609 is a Concept Bar Cultural located in a classic Yucatecan mansion, adorned with early 20th-century French-Mexican architecture. It is a space where fine arts (music, painting, theater, architecture) converge, offering a diverse selection of wines and spirits, along with the house's signature beer, complemented by an international food menu that's simple and perfect for any time of the day.

Our bar and restaurant in Mérida are spaces deeply connected to our roots and the region’s rich history, while also maintaining a strong synergy with our sister hotel located in Oaxaca—another of Mexico’s great destinations. At our bar, you’ll find a refined selection of national spirits, including the iconic tequila, various types of mezcal, and even Xtabentún—a delicious Mayan liqueur with ceremonial origins made from honey—as well as cocktails inspired by the vibrant flavors of this fertile tropical land.
